Abstract EN

This research study addressed the question of the participatory management approach as a contemporary model of management of local public development affairs in Algeria, from the issue of: how local development can be applied to the participatory democracy approach in the management of local public affairs in Algeria.

this study clarified the vision of the public authorities in Algeria for participatory management as a modern model that revitalizes the local development movement through the roles of the different local actors to challenge the global gesture of local development of the societal obstacles encountered.

the study concluded that the activation of the applications of participatory management in the promotion of local development in Algeria requires reforming the laws of local groups and eliminating the societal obstacles that hinder this environment to incubate and dene for four the good application joint management of local public affairs in order to ensure the conditions of a decent life for the local population in Algeria.
