The functional structure is one of the most important legal means that regulate the career path and performs the process of improving the job performance of employees and increasing the productivity of administrative facilities, on this basis, we find that the legislator has paid attention to the functional structure, especially the internal, as the best tool to organize the employee's career path, through the introduction of an internal classification through which a number of similar conditions are granted in the exercise of the job, especially with regard to the job position, the job, the service and rank.
