The issue of empowering women in the Arab world has been grounded on the means and mechanisms that allow Arab woman to penetrate the political arena, which has long been preserved for men in many of these countries.

therefore, the Arab revolutions and the movement that took place at all levels and the accompanying political discourses calling for a real activation of democracy have prompted the call of various internal and external actors to achieve gender equality in all fields within the frameworks of international agendas and human rights despite many and various obstacles.
