This study examines a very important topic, which is that when any of his rights covered by the law is violated, the stakeholder has the right to resort to the judiciary to extend legal protection, and because normal litigation procedures may take time, the legislation authorized the abused right holder to request precautionary protection to stop the infringement and limit the resulting damage for illegal exploitation and precautionary seizure to avoid slowness in the normal procedures of litigation, while giving the stakeholder the right to appeal and seek compensation if necessary.
