Children with disabilities enjoy the right to education, which is enshrined in several international charters and conventions, foremost of which is the 2006 convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as national legislation, including the Algerian legislation.

during the COVID 19 pandemic, this right was affected by the quarantine, which led to the closure of educational institutions, but on the other hand the countries worked to respond to this situation, in order to ensure the continuity of education, through three stages, namely the stage of adjustment and adjustment, the stage of control and education continuity management, the stage of improving and developing the educational system.
