Given the importance of registration in the electoral lists as the basic foundation upon which the electoral process is based and the cornerstone upon which its completion depends, as it is a prerequisite for acquiring the status of a voter and a complementary condition for acquiring the status of a candidate, as it does not exist in the absence of one of them; onsequently, will not take place without lists prepared for this purpose, and cannot be prepared in the absence of actual legal guarantees, the most important of which is judicial oversight over the decisions of the committees specialized in preparing and reviewing them, the implementation of which depends on the availability of a set of conditions and controls that the Algerian legislator singled out with special legal provisions that reflect the specificity of this type.
