This research paper aims to focus on the status of human rights and security in post-conflict areas in the context of international missions, and the process of building a foundation for human rights, upon which security and sustainable peace are based.

Both peace and war, where violations of economic and social rights are both a cause and a consequence of conflict (extremely low standards of living, inability to access work and education coupled with persistent discrimination can lead to general unrest and specifically racial or ethnic dimensions...), Without excluding the external dimension as a threat to security in post-conflict areas by targeting the field of human rights (the role of multinational companies in exacerbating or fueling conflict in post-conflict areas on the one hand, and on the other hand arming peace within the framework of foreign security assistance and human rights conditions in Post-conflict countries...), which puts the decision-maker in these regions before the imperative of adopting more effective mechanisms to confront the bets and challenges at hand.
