English Abstract

The media, through its various means and levels, represents an essential and indispensable tool in all developed and developing societies alike, and at all times.(Stability or crises), the media has an influential role in the movement of society and the movement of man within it.

It is of great importance, which has increased the importance and prestige of the media in various fields.

Through its various organs, it addresses all the different and heterogeneous segments of society.

As a result, what is known as the local media appeared, as well as the emergence of the so-called alternative media imposed by the circumstances and crises that Syria went through and made it to the fore in the arena Media and Communication.

This is in order to reach the local and international communities, in order to serve one of the issues of development and development, and to shed light on what is happening inside the Syrian community.
