Organizational satire today has become one of the topics that researchers have focused their attention on studying, as its impact on the business environment has become clear and undisputed to anyone, and there is no doubt that the study of organizational satire, especially in Syrian organizations, and its impact on the social participation of the individual in humanitarian work, has become an urgent necessity, We have done this research by studying this phenomenon in depth, and the results were that there are no differences in the level of awareness of the concept of job irony (job sarcasm) and its impact on work in organizations, as it varies according to educational qualification, years of experience, job level, or workplace.
The study concluded that there is a low level of cynicism in Syrian organizations that has a slight impact on the decision of a small number of workers in the Syrian humanitarian affairs to continue in humanitarian and social work.
The study also recommended Syrian organizations to look for initiatives to improve and consolidate the relationship with employees.
