This marked research (fraternal construction and its impact on the cohesion of society) reveals the concept of religious fraternity, its truth, its importance in the Book and the Sunnah, and explains their means in deepening the bonds of brotherhood, and what this faith bond contributes to achieving solidarity and cooperation on good, and To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher took the inductive and introspective approaches to present the forensic evidence, which dealt with this subject, and then devised the most prominent effects learned from that evidence using the words of the interpreters and the explanations of the hadiths, and the research resulted in a number of results: • The bond that binds the nation is the right doctrine, which God has not had purely.

• This bond tastes the sweetness of faith, complements the nudity of faith, and elevates it on the Day of Resurrection with the shadow of the merciful.

• One of the most important means of Islam in achieving brotherhood is love, courtship, charity and altruism.

• The secret of the strength of this nation with the cohesion and unity of its members, and the opposite of that call for nervousness, tribalism, and partisanship..

The research also recommended many studies related to the intentions of society - the family - and what leads to its cohesion, and the means of pure revelations in achieving the unity of the nation in the form of research and scientific papers to benefit.
