Abstract EN

This study is intended to introduce digital communication concept, and the role it assumes in the quality of security media programs.

this is done through security institutions’ adoption of specialized media techniques, and making use of digital media programs, systems and smart applications to cope with contemporary realities.

digital communication is essential for mass and social media being an integrated, effective approach to the utilization of advanced media technology such as artificial intelligence and new digital communication platforms by means of applying the best practices in the field of digital media systems and programs.

this would bring about a paradigm shift in the quality of media programs in security institutions.

descriptive method was used for the theory part of the study, while and qualitative, analytical method was used to develop a comprehensive scientific framework for the concept of digital communication and its role in enhancing the quality of security media programs.

handling both theory and practical aspects was intended to keep pace with the accelerating developments in the field of media for the promotion of security media digital content: the improvement of quality of security media programs and dissemination of security culture and awareness to ensure the sustainability of positive media outputs.

study summed up with a number of findings, recommendations and suggestions, including: proper understanding of the concept of digital communication for mass and social media sites and of its role in improving the quality of security media programs.

this is done by introducing main concepts of digital media and relevant smart applications : security awareness programs; by forecasting the future of digital communication in security media programs and platforms and ways of utilization and finally, by providing a balanced security awareness-raising media content for all segments of society.
