Morality is considered The values are originally the foundation shari'a, and all its followers (whether natural or legal) have been obliged to abide by them.

It has also raised its profile, positioning it at the top of the priorities governing transactions between individual groups.

Not only Islamic law, but it was the focus of most heavenly laws and positive regulations, all of which called for morality, and directed its followers to abide by it and to be honest, because of its effects in establishing noble behaviors, of justice and integrity, cooperation and altruism, and honesty.

Sincerity, honesty and loyalty, and the eradication of abusive and abnormal behaviours in the life of the individual and society, hand over transactions and stabilize relationships.

On the other hand, Islamic finance is linked (by its very nature) to a system of ethics.

Values, and even most of the methods of financing and investing in Islamic banks and financial institutions (from speculation and participation to peace and industry) are based mainly on the extent to which the client adheres to the ethical rules of honesty.Honesty and the fulfilment of contracts ...This may explain why Islamic bank financing is focused on the murabaha market for the order to buy, and to stay away from speculative and participatory formulas due to the ethical risks in them.

Hence the idea of this research paper with the aim of highlighting the ethical rules of financial transactions in Islam, its status and characteristics, especially those associated with business organizations, including Islamic banks and financial institutions, and the negative effects of non-compliance by individuals and organizations.
