This research attempts to reveal a function of demand methods and the extent of their contribution to the harmony of texts, as no researcher tackles the importance of demand methods in semantic cohesion in a text.

It is known that these methods are studied in rhetoric within the semantics, but these studies are interested in these methods within the sentence limits.

The current research shows their importance at the level of the text and its impact on its consistency through the application to Surat Al-Zumar.
