The study aimed to identify the actual reality of practical (summer) training practiced by students of the Department of Information Technology and Libraries at the Institute of Administration / Rusafa, and the effectiveness of the training process and its ability to keep pace with the modern technological developments that have entered the field of training, which can actually be used in the field of specialization and according to what is requested The current job market, and what is the extent of their benefit from practical (summer) training, and has it given them the skills, experience and knowledge they need in their field of specialization in the future.

And a statement if the training period (two months) is sufficient and its time is suitable for students to benefit from it, and to know whether the training is appropriate in the summer vacation or to make it during academic year, and to identify the training needs, the types of training and methods used in it, the training programs and stages of their preparation, and the study relied on the curriculum Descriptive and analytical study has come out with a number of results and recommendations.
