Reality of the preparation of the second-level leaders in king Abdullah university city for female students in Riyadh.

the study aimed to identify the reality of the preparation of the second-level leaders and to determine the requirements for preparing the second-level leaders in king Abdullah university city for female students in Riyadh city.

in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used.

the questionnaire was applied as a tool for data collection which was distributed to the entire community (n = 38) of the scientific department coordinators in king Abdullah university city for female students in Riyadh city.

the study reached in a number of results, the most prominent of which are : -the requirements of the preparation of the second-level leaders in king Abdullah university city for female students in Riyadh city came to a very high degree with an average of (4.44 / 5) and a standard deviation (0.539).

the statement "providing adequate information for second-level leaders to perform efficiently" got an average of (4.66 / 5), while the statement "opening channels of communication that connect second-level leaders and those directly related to their functional functions" was an average of (4.63 / 5).
