The study aimed to identify strategic agility, its dimensions, importance, and principles, and to identify crisis management in governmental organizations, its characteristics, advantages, and importance, as well as to identify the extent to which governmental organization managers are aware of the dimensions of strategic agility and crisis management, to identify the impact of the dimensions of strategic agility on agility.

the strategy in crisis management at the university hospital of king Abdulaziz university in Jeddah, the study used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study.

among the most important results of the study: there is a strategic sensitivity in the university hospital at king Abdulaziz university, there is a fluidity of resources in the university hospital, that crisis management in the hospital can contain the crisis when it occurs.

there are statistically significant differences between strategic sensitivity as one of the elements of strategic agility and crisis management in its dimensions at the university hospital at king Abdulaziz university.

and work to improve it, the need for the university hospital to adopt the development and training of a qualified and trained staff cadre who collects and analyzes indicators of the occurrence of crises, in order to invest its information resources in finding the appropriate alternative to the crises that occur in them, which enhances its efforts, and enhances the role of strategic agility at the university hospital because of its role in increasing the effectiveness of communications and information flow by stimulating the participation of employees and managers and creating an information communication system that works to provide managers with the necessary and important information at the right time, and to take the appropriate decision during a crisis.
