Abstract EN

Large wars Often require states to regroup, and this has a profound impact on international relations.

This rule applies to the First World War.

The war and the results Of many of the changes that have re-shaped the map Of the world and the nature of the balance Of power have imposed it.

The redistribution Of the German colonies abroad and abroad, the creation Of a new international organization, That affects the rest of the world.

World War I represented the end Of European sovereignty, because the real victors in that war were the United States Of America and Japan, two non-European countries, because the Europeans were war-weary and suffered a war victory that none Of them had ever survived.

They left the war worse than before.

The 1919 Peace Conference, therefore, was the official end Of the First World War, and everyone looked forward with hope to what would be decided by that international forum.

Therefore, in order to highlight the role Of Japan in the Peace Conference, the research section is divided into three main axes.

The first deals briefly with Japan's position on World War I and its gains during the war.

The second axis addressed the role Of Japan in the Peace Conference, which focused on confirming its position in Shandong Province, while the last axis made clear Japan's demands for German property and racial equality at the Peace Conference, especially as it became the legitimate heir Of German property in the Pacific, Japan has failed to obtain international law that provides for racial equality and the abolition of racial discrimination among States.
