Abstract EN

This research is concerned with studying the rules of jurisprudence, its applications in the field of purity and its close connection with Islamic jurisprudence and its evidences, through deriving jurisprudential rules in the book of Badayea al-Sanayea its author is al-Kasani the chapter on purity.

The main research problem was displaying the significance of jurisprudential rules, and recollecting samples of applications on jurisprudential rules from the book Badayea Al-Sanayea which were used by al-Kasani in work domain and deduction in the chapter on purity.

The research followed the inductive deductive analytical method.

The results showed that the jurisprudential principles in the topic of purity are of great significance to the jurist.

al-Kasani has a great stature in the field of jurisprudential reclining in his book Badayea al-Sanayea, by means of evoking the rules and applying them in the jurisprudential branches, and that al-Kasani's reporting of jurisprudential rule takes place in several features and forms: mentioning the rule in the form of an explanation to prove a legal ruling in a jurisprudential issue.

One of the most important recommendations is that studying the jurisprudence rules laid down by Al-Kasani in comparison with other jurisprudence schools for the benefit of students of science and researchers.
