The use of electronic means in various fields has led to the emergence of what is known as electronic documents, and since the signature is an element of the document that is prepared for proof, it has been affected by the momentum and glare of technology.

This led to the emergence of electronic signature which performs the same functions that the signature performs.

Moreover, as it has the same evidentiary force as it is established, it must meet a number of conditions, some of which are olutely legal, and others are purely technical.

Undoubtedly, legislation at the international and national levels have been concerned with determining such conditions in order to find the appropriate ground for digital environment transactions.
