Consent is an indispensable pillar for the establishment of a contract, and it has also been affected by ICT revolution and the resulting use of the Internet in various fields.

Accordingly, the electronic consent has emerged and it requires the convergence of the stipulator (obligor) and the acceptor's wills in a virtual environment.

Thereby, the electronic offer is the building block of the contract as it discloses the obligator's will to show the outside world the signs of concluding the contract.

This, indeed, makes it distinguished from its traditional counterpart with many particularities that come into sight at the level of characteristics or at the level of conditions, all in order to enable the contractor to access the contractual process with awareness, clarity and familiarity.
