تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل و قياس أثر المخاطر القطرية على تكلفة رأس المال للشركات ذات هيكل رأس مال مختلف خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى غاية 2020 و للوصول إلى هدف الدراسة تم استخدام بيانات سنوية لعينة مكونة من تكلفة رأس المال لقطاع السيارات و تكلفة رأس المال لقطاع التجارة الإلكترونية في أمريكا كمتغير تابع و تصنيف المخاطر الإقتصادية المالية و السياسية كمتغيرات مستقلة.
اعتمدت الدراسة منهج الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي باستخدام نموذج ARDL كأداة إحصائية و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم تأثير المخاطر المالية و الإقتصادية على تكلفة رأس المال لهيكل رأس المال الذي يتكون من نسب متقاربة من الديون و الملكية في حين يؤثران بالسلب على تكلفة رأس المال لهيكل رأس المال المكون من نسبة كبيرة من الملكية و كان تأثير المخاطر السياسية على كلا القطاعين.
Abstract EN
This study aims to analyze and measure the impact of country risks on the cost of capital for companies with a different capital structure.
To reach the study's objective, we use data from 2000 to 2020 of the cost of capital for automotive and e-commerce sector in America as dependent variables and classified economic, financial and political risks as independent variables.
The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach using the ARDL model as a statistical tool.
The results of this study showed that financial and economic risks did not affect on the cost of capital for the capital structure consisting of close debt and equity ratios, while negatively affecting the cost of capital for the capital structure consisting of a large proportion of equity, and the impact of political risks was on both sectors.
