Abstract EN

This study aims to show the relationship of the application of knowledge management processes to the level of creativity and innovation, and it was carried out at the level of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Biskra -.

To answer this problem, a questionnaire was distributed to some of the bank's employees, and its results were analyzed using the Statistical Package (SPSS).

The study found that the two variables had a strong positive link, with the process of applying knowledge ranking first in terms of relationship strength, followed by the process of generating knowledge, and finally the process of storing knowledge, we also discovered that the process of sharing knowledge has no relation to creativity and innovation.
