Abstract EN

This study aimed to learn how information technology and communication contribute to the development of the globale performance of economic institutions, by studying the the case of the port institution in Skikda, and to achieve the goal a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of data collection, distributed to a random sample of 150 administrative workers from different administrative levels.
