تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر الحوافز المادية و المعنوية على أداء الطاقم الطبي في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19 في المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بقسنطينة حيث وزعت استبانة على 46 فرد.
توصلت الدراسة إلى تأكيد وجود علاقة ايجابية بين الحوافز و أداء الطاقم الطبي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف و توصي بضرورة التزام المستشفى بتقديم المكافآت و الحوافز و الترقيات حسب مستوى الأداء خاصة خلال فترة الأزمات.
Abstract EN
This study aims to test the impact of material and moral incentives on the medical staff performance during the covif-19 pandemic in Mohamed Boudiaf hospital in constantine.
A questionnaire was distributed to a 46 individuals.
this study concluded that is a realtionship between incentives and the medical staff in the hospital and it recommends the necessity of the hospital instituation's commitment to providing rewards, incentives and promotions, linking with performance especially in the period of crises.
