however, education represents an effective means in case it applies modern technologies throughout the preparation of technological programs that are in line with the intended educational system, namely that the significant developments that occurred in the domain of information technology, which have made education specialists work on the introduction and investment thereof so as to reach a flexible and interactive educational system to meet the needs of the learner who aspires to educational attainment throughout the easiest and fastest way and to raise his skills and increase his abilities in acquiring knowledge and information.
