تتمحور الدراسة حول حماية حرية المعتقد في المواثيق الدولية الإقليمية، باعتبار أن حق المعتقد حق محمي بموجب الاتفاقيات و الإعلانات الدولية الإقليمية، و التي اعتبرتها حق من حقوق الإنسان التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها أو المساس بها، و لكل إنسان الحق في أن يدين بدين ما و له الحرية في اعتناق دين أو معتقد يختاره، و حريته في إظهار معتقده بالتعبد و إقامة الشعائر و الممارسة و التعلم بمفرده أو مع جماعة دون إكراه.
Abstract EN
This study deals with the protection of freedom of faith in regional international charters, considering the right to believe a right protected by regional international conventions and declarations ; which is considered a human right that may not be waived or infringed.
everyone has the right to adopt any religion they want, and they are free to embrace any religion or creed they choose.
they have the freedom to express their faith in worship, rituals, practice and learning, alone or in groups, without compulsion.
