Abstract EN

This study deals with the most important issue required by parliamentary reform in Algeria, which is the need to take into account parliamentary behavior through the establishment of a code that controls the behaviors issued by members of parliament in both chambers (members and deputies).

where the reformist necessity calls for the establishment of a parliamentary code of conduct in Algeria in order to avoid many of the immoral practices that the Algerian parliament has gone through several times.

the Algerian parliament still relies, in controlling the behavior of its members and deputies, on a group of legal organizations spread here and there, which are unable to pay attention to parliamentary behavior in the required manner, as they are not controlled in a single document, and accordingly, this matter must be given great importance that rises to the ranks of international standards interested in this matter.
