Abstract EN

This monograph studied the impact of scale science in resolving many of the emerging judicial issues through rooting it and showing its importance and its foundations in order to reach the good opinion corresponding to the purposes of Sharïa and since the judiciary is one of the finest systems in order to achieve the high goals and noble purposes ; stopping blood and safeguarding vulva and a field for the adjudicate of deductions and dispute resolution ; the judge had to obtain the rules of scale science and its methods in order to illustrate the issue and surround it in all its aspects and consider its outcomes and to achieve this purpose it has been invested through applied models of judicial jurisprudence marked by judicial women divorce and subjecting it to the rules and paths of scale science, while highlighting the flaws and disturbances in Algerian jurisprudence
