our problem is : is the Algerian his able to meet the requirements of the MRS and to inform decision-makers in health crisis situations ? the results : the his must be supported by digitization, it must set itself the objective of informing the decision and finally the observation of the testing of the his in Algeria during the COVID19 pandemic.

Cette recherche vise à mettre en lumière la mondialisation des risques sanitaires (MRS) à travers les données et l’impératif pour tout pays de disposer d’un système d’information sanitaire (sis) solide et fiable.
notre problématique est : le sis algérien, est il en mesure de répondre aux exigences de la MRS et de renseigner les décideurs dans les situations de crise sanitaire ? les résultats : le sis doit être porté par la numérisation, il doit se fixer l’objectif de renseigner la décision et enfin le constat de la mise à l’épreuve du sis en Algérie durant la pandémie de la COVID19.
