تعتبر العناقيد الصناعية من استراتيجيات التغلب على المعوقات التي تواجه الصناعات خاصة الناتجة عن صغر الحجم، ذلك أنها أساس لتحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي، و دعم التنافسية الصناعية و التصديرية.
نهدف من خلال بحثنا إلى إبراز التجارب الدولية في مجال العناقيد الصناعية، و التي يمكن الاستفادة منها لدعم تنافسية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري، و قد توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة سلبية بين تطور العناقيد الصناعية و تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني لغياب الشروط الأساسية للنجاح.
Abstract EN
Industrial clusters are considered strategies to overcome the obstacles facing industries, especially those resulting from small size, as they are the basis for achieving economic integration and supporting industrial and export competitiveness.
our research aims to highlight international experiences in the field of industrial clusters, which can be used to support the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises as the fundamental solution of the Algerian economy.
we have reached a negative relationship between the development of industrial clusters and the competitiveness of the national economy in the absence of the prerequisites for success.
