Today, the tourism sector is considered one of the important strategic sectors that Algeria has given great attention in recent years, given the economic and social returns it brings to the state, and a source of wealth creation and job creation, all of which is in the context of achieving sustainable development.

The state of Jijel is one of the important tourism poles in Algeria due to its natural and topographical diversity among the mountains, forests and natural lakes, in addition to a coastal strip extending 120 km from the municipality of Ziama Mansouria in the west to ouad Zehour in the municipality of El Milia in the east.

On this basis, the researchers seek, through this study, to identify the natural tourism components that abound in Jijel state, which has raised the challenge in recent years to be a tourist pole with distinction and a place for tourists from inside and outside the country.
