Abstract EN

This paper aims to highlight the message of the values and ethics of the Muslim administration through the principles and values of Islam, which is distinguished from others by the fact that the copying of all previous divine religions and the linking of all life to morality do not separate ethics, science, politics, culture, assembly and economics, which are regulated by ethics.

Despite the presence and existence of the theoretical knowledge of many workers in the administrative institutions of Islamic societies of many abstract Islamic moral values, as a result of Islamic education in various educational institutions, the applied behavioural aspect of that abstract theoretical knowledge is almost missing in practice, and this runs counter to the true meaning of Islamic law, where science must be brought together with work in our practice and practice of Islamic law.
