Abstract EN

Evaluating and directing human behavior towards the best has become an important requirement for organizations, so the shift from the mindset of abundance to scarcity and the subsequent incentives have a positive impact on the efficiency of organizations.

The approach of the Prophet, PbuH, in achieving abundance and fighting scarcity, this study seeks to prove it, reinforced by the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah.

Therefore, this study establishes a behavioral approach that promotes the mentality of abundance and combats the mentality of scarcity in response to an orthodox Islamic approach, applicable in the management of modern organizations, reinforced by a code of ethical conduct for all employees regardless of their cultural backgrounds.
