Administrative measures are considered the cornerstone of the success of any institution, regardless of its field of activity, and Islamic financial institutions have a need to adop administrative measures in order to achieve the objectives of their establishment.

Islamic and financial ones in particular, through exposure to the most important and most effective of these measures, and the greatest contribution to protecting capital from erosion or decay, by enhancing the competitiveness of those institutions in the local, regional and global markets, where this study presented the administrative efficiency and planning, and a study feasibility,and the adoption of the comprehensive legal quality, and the conclusion in which the researcher mentioned the most important results and recommendations.
