Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree to which Arabic language teachers possess educational technology skills in light of the challenges of the corona virus (covid-19) pandemic in the public schools of the directorate of education for the Tafila region.

to collect data, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (35) items, and its validity and reliability were verified.

the results of the study showed that the degree of possession of educational technology skills among Arabic language teachers from their point of view was average, and the results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in the domains (skill of using applied software and skill of using the internet) due to gender, and the differences were in favor of females, and the results indicated that there are differences statistically significant for the domains (the skill of using educational aids, the skill of using the computer, and the skill of familiarity with technical knowledge) attributed to the educational qualification, where the differences were higher studies.

the results indicated that there were statistically significant differences on the skill of using the internet according to the variable of experience, and that the differences were in favor of the average answers of the study members with experience (10 years and more).
