Abstract EN

The development of sciences related to information technology and its employment in all aspects of life made the use of the internet a major necessity.

especially the application of the internet in the field of education, which in turn demonstrated the concept of virtual learning environments.

which uses educational software that supports the process of direct and indirect communication between the e-learning process team and the internet.

the study population consisted of the number of male and female primary school teachers in the Madaba governorate for the academic year 2021/2022.

which totaled (1484), (412) males and (1072) females.

the sample of the study consisted of (137) male and female teachers who teach the primary education stage and they were chosen by random, and the number of males was (35) while the number of females was (65).

the researcher developed the study tool based on previous studies that examined the factors affecting e-learning.

it consisted of (10) paragraphs, and it included two dimensions: the domain of procedures and strategy, and the domain of students' attitudes towards learning.

the tool was characterized with consistency and accuracy.

the tool's stability was calculated by the method of internal consistency using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the value of the reliability coefficient was (85.5).

the results indicated that the level of factors affecting e-learning from the point of view of primary school teachers in Madaba governorate was (average), with an arithmetic mean of (2.89) and a standard deviation of (0.77).
