Abstract EN

This study aimed to discuss the terms of appeal against cancellation against those decisions the description of the appeal of cancellation, and the effects of the cancellation of the separable decision on the administrative contract all that through a comparative study between Jordanian and Iraqi legislation, supported by judicial decisions in this regard.

The study arrived at a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a rejection in the Jordanian administrative and Iraqi administrative judiciary to accept the appeal to cancel the separable administrative decisions submitted by the contractor the administration, while they accepted the appeal for the cancellation submitted by others.

One of the most important recommendations of the study is to call the administrative judiciary in Jordan and Iraq to accept the appeal to cancel the separable administrative decisions submitted by the contractor with administration.
