The sample of the study consisted of special education students in schools and integration programs for intellectual education in Shebin El Koum, , And used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the results of the study showed the importance of using smart phones in the development of reading skills of students with disabilities, smart phone technology helped improve the development of reading skills because of the enormous potential provided by The ability to broadcast organized digital content holds the knowledge, values, trends and beliefs of the student according to the appropriate time and without any significant cost, and the development of reading using smart phones has become one of the most important strategies in many countries seeking to develop.
