The study aimed to identify the basic concepts of controlling manufacturing quality costs to ensure the continuity of the Sudanese food industrial establishments.

the researchers relied on many scientific approaches represented in the deductive approach, the inductive, the historical, and the descriptive analytical.

the study found a statistically significant relationship for each manufacturing quality costs, except for the costs of internal failure and ensuring the continuity of Sudanese food industrial facilities, the study recommended the keenness of Sudanese industrial companies to monitor the final product before it reaches the consumer.
