Social media platforms, within the framework of what is nowadays known as new media, occupy a large part of human time, whether voluntarily for the purposes of viewing, benefiting and entertainment, or compulsorily imposed by the requirements of the job that he does and receives a wage for.

from this point of view, we sought in this research study to first define the concept of communication as a means of transmitting and exchanging information between people, and then introducing its technological and functional developments, as well as the means by which various communication methods are used and the nature of the tasks available on each social networking site, and for this reason we have taken the twitter and Facebook platform as two main models for this research study, as they are the largest and most famous communication sites on the world wide web, with the aim of introducing them and evaluating people's uses and maturing them so that they can benefit from them without falling into the trap of abusers in communication sites and stalkers in personal pages and accounts.
