Abstract EN

This study investigates the impact of balanced economic development on solving the unemployment problem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Results show that there is a positive relationship between balanced economic development and the compatibility of education outputs with the requirements of the future labor market in Saudi Arabia.

In addition, the results reveals that obstacles to the application of balanced economic development make it difficult to provide the requirements of the labor market in Saudi Arabia.

Finally, it has been found that the application of balanced economic development will solve the problem of unemployment in Saudi Arabia.

The researchers stresses tha importance of stering away away from the negative control of unemployment, trend towards job creation, providing sustainable capacity to employ the workforce through balanced economic development.

Finally, it is recommends involving employers and civil society organizations in the development of academic plans for universities and drawing up their future strategy under the umbrella of balanced economic development.
