The issue of investing zakat funds is one of the important issues in contemporary jurisprudence of Zakat, because of the role of this investment in increasing the proceeds of zakat funds, which means helping larger numbers of needy people and relieving them.

Perhaps one of the most important contemporary trends in investment is related to the use of entrepreneurial business incubators, which contribute to directing And assisting various projects and reducing cases of default, so this study came to show the importance of investing zakat funds in entrepreneurial projects, depending on the zakat incubators, as the study found that these incubators have an importance in directing these investments towards entrepreneurial projects, through the services provided by these incubators.

There are many incubated projects that contribute to the success and growth of these projects and increase their financial and social profits, which is the desired goal of investing zakat funds, and the study recommended the need to adopt the idea of establishing specialized incubators to sponsor and direct investments financed from zakat funds for their role in helping projects grow and face various problems.
