فبينت لماذا يعد » جناية التأويل الحداثي على القرآن الكريم عرض و نقض «: شرعت في بحثي هذا الذي عنوانهالتأويل الحداثي تأويلا باطنيا مرفوضا؟ و ما الفرق بينه و بين التأويل عند علماء المسلمين؟ و ما أسباب هذا الاختلاف؟ و ما طرائق التأويل الحداثي، و ما أبرز شبهاته، وكيف الجواب عنها؟ و ما أبرز صور الجناية في هذا التأويل الحداثيللقرآن الكريم؟ و استنتجت أن سبب الاختلاف بين علماء المسلمين و الحداثيين في التأويل يعود الاختلاف في المنطلقاتوالدوافع، و من أبرز منطلقات علماء المفسرين في تأويلهم مراعاة خصائص القرآن الكريم، و مقاصده، و لغته.

و منأبرز منطلقات الحداثيين في تأويلهم: العلمانية، و تجريدهم القرآن من خصائصه، و اتباع المناهج الغربية بلا تمحيص، و التأثر بالهرمنيوطيقا العامة، و أثبت البحث أن التأويل الحداثي من جنس تأويل الباطنية، و هو أقرب إلى اللعب و العبثوالتحريف منه إلى التأويل البعيد فحسب، وأن مظاهر جناية التأويل الحداثي على القرآن الكريم كثيرة، لم تترك بابا إلاولجته اعتقادا كان أو تشريعا أو سلوكا.

English Abstract

I started my research entitled: «The deviations of modernist interpretation(taubel) on the Qur'an, displaying and criticising»I showed why is modern interpretation an esoteric interpretation unacceptable? and what is the difference between itand the interpretation of Muslim scholars? And what are the reasons for thisdifference? What are the methods of modernist interpretation, what are its most prominentsuspicions, and how does it answer them? What are the most prominent forms ofdeviation in this modern interpretation of the Qur'an? I concluded that the reason forthe difference between Muslims and modernist scholars in interpretation was dueto differences in principles and motives, and one of the most prominent principlesof the scholars' interpretation was to take into account the characteristics, purposesand language of the Qur'an.

One of the most prominent principles of modernistsin their interpretation: secularism, their stripping the Qur'an from its features, andfollowing the western approaches without investigations, and the influence of theHermeneutics, and the research proved that modern interpretation is the samekind as of the esoteric interpretation, which is closer to playing, tampering andmisrepresentation than to distant interpretation, and that the manifestations ofdeviation in modernistic interpretation on the Qur'an are many such as in the belief, legislation or conduct.
