تضمن البحث الحديث عن دور الالتزام بالتعاليم الدينية في الوصول الى الراحة و الطمأنينة و التخلص منالأمراض النفسية التي تبذل الدول الأموال الطائلة لعلاجها من دون جدوى، و كان الحديث عن جانبينأساسيين هما الاعتقادي و العملي، ونعني بالاعتقاد: الإيمان بالله ربا و خالقا و مدبرا و رازقا و حافظا، و بالغيبياتالتي أخبر الخالق - سبحانه- عنها عن طريق الكتاب المنزل و أحاديث نبيه المرسل، ونعني بالممارسات العملية، تلك الأوامر: كالصلاة و الصيام و الحج و غيرها، و النواهي التي نهى الله عباده من اقترافها.

فمن استسلم لربهاهتدى و انشرح صدره و صلح باله.

English Abstract

The research highlights the role of commitment by religious instructions inachieving tranquility and stability, and getting rid of psychological diseases onwhich countries spend huge amounts of money to address - in vain.

The research tackles the studied issue from two main aspects: belief andpractice.

By belief I mean belief in Allah (God) as the Lord, Creator, Planner, Sustainer, Keeper; and belief in the unseen, i.

, the unknown things and eventsthat Allah Almighty has revealed in the Holy Quran and Prophet Muhammad'ssayings.

By practical acts I mean ordinances such as prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, etc.

, and avoiding the interdictions that Allah has prohibited.

He who submits to the Will of Allah achieves guidance, tranquility andassuredness.
