تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إضافة رؤية معرفية جديدة يتمثل إطارها النظري في سعيها لمعالجة إشكاليات معقدةتتمثل في التهوين من شأن قضية فهم النصوص الشرعية، و آليات تنزيلها في و اقعنا، وهي من أعقد التحدياتالمعاصرة التي تواجه أجيال أمتنا الإسلامية، كما تقصدت الدراسة بذل غاية الوسع لاستكناه المعايير المقاصديةوالحكم التشريعية في مواجهة الفكر المتطرف المعاصر، و بدعة القراءات الحداثية للنصوص الشرعية، و تقديمرؤية مقاصدية قوامها الجمع بين تثوير الحكم التشريعية في موارد النص الشرعي، و حكمة تفعيلها في حياةالمجتمعات المعاصرة، من دون حصول تقاطع بينهما، مما يسهم في التصدي لتفريط القراءات الحداثية و تلاعبهابالنصوص الشرعية، و العمل على تفكيك عقد إشكاليات الفكر المتطرف، التي تفت في عضد المجتمعاتالمسلمة، و تعكر صورة الإسلام في العالم كله.

English Abstract

This study seeks to add a new knowledge vision whose theoretical frameworkis represented in its endeavor to address complex problems represented inunderestimating the issue of understanding legal texts and the mechanismsfor their implementation in our reality, which is one of the most complexcontemporary challenges facing the generations of our Islamic nation, The study also intended to do its utmost to seek the purpose of the intendedcriteria and the legislative wisdom of the texts, in the face of contemporaryextremist thought and the innovation of modernist readings of the legal texts, and to present an objective vision based on the combination of revolutionizinglegislative judgment in the sources of the legal text, And the wisdom ofactivating it in the life of contemporary societies, without any intersectionbetween them, which contributes to confronting the negligence of modernistreadings and their tampering with Islamic texts, and working to dismantlethe complexities of extremist thought that break apart Muslim societies anddisrupt the image of Islam in the whole world.
