الفقه و العربية علمان متداخلان يكمل بعضهما بعضا، و لاينفك احدهما من الاخر، فلايمكن التمكن بالفقه انلم يتمكن عالمه بالعربية، و النحو هو منطلق العربية و المعتمد في بيان تراكيبه و معانيه، و من لم يفهم قواعده و اصولهوتراكيبه و نظام تشكله و روابطه وازمانه و اساليبه لايمكنه إدراك الكثير من قواعد الفقه او جلها و لذلك كاناساس عملنا و منطلقه في البحث متخذين من قضية فقهية مهمة نتعايش معها و نهاب الوقوع بها بسبب الجهلبتعابيرها التي هي اساس تراكيب العربية و الفاظها الا وهي قضية الطلاق؛ لذلك وقع اختيارنا لدراستها كونهامن القضايا المتداخلة بشكل كامل بين الفقه من جهة و العربية من جهة اخرى ولاسيما النحو، و لذلك تواجهالامة الاسلامية مخاطر جمة و منها مخاطر تفتت الأسرة وهي الأساس الاول في بناء المجتمع، فانعقاد الطلاقوحصوله من دون فهم لكنهه و الفاظه و سياقاته فهما حقيقيا يولد اشكالات تتعلق بما يترتب عليه من حقوقمكتسبة للزوجة، و حدوثه خطأ يولد إشكال شرعي يترتب عليه مشاكل اجتماعية تفتت المجتمع و تنهشه، و نحناليوم بأمس الحاجة للتماسك سيما وهناك من يتربص لمجتمعنا و امتنا الاسلامية بالخراب، و تشكل البحث علىعدد من المباحث بحسب الفاظ الطلاق و تراكيبه.

English Abstract

Jurisprudence and Arabic are two intertwined sciences that complement each other, andone of them does not separate from the other, it is not possible to achieve jurisprudence ifits world is not able in Arabic, and grammar is the starting point of Arabic and adopted inexplaining its structures and meanings, and whoever does not understand its rules, origins, structures, system of formation, ties, times, and methods cannot comprehend much of therules of jurisprudence Most of them, therefore, were the basis of our work and its startingpoint for research, based on an important jurisprudential issue that we coexist with andfear falling into it because of ignorance of its expressions that are the basis of Arabicstructures and their vocabulary, which is the issue of divorce Therefore, we chose to studyit because it is one of the issues that are completely intertwined between jurisprudenceon the one hand and Arabic on the other hand, especially grammar.

Therefore, the Islamicnation faces great dangers, including the dangers of family fragmentation, which is thefirst foundation in building society.

Problems related to the acquired rights of the wife, and its occurrence generates a legal problem that leads to social problems that fragmentand ravage society, and today we are in dire need of cohesion, especially there are thosewho lie in wait for our society and our Islamic nation in ruin, and the research is formedon a number of investigations according to the term divorce and its structures.
