Arabic Abstract

ان الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء منذ نشأتها واجهتها تحديات كبيرة و متنوعة، وقد ازدادت شدتها و ضراوتهافي هذا العصر، و من هذه التحديات التكلنوجيا و التي تعد وسائل التواصل من أحدث منتجاتها، و أكثرهاشعبية، فهي تلعب دورا مهما في نشر ثقافة مجتمعية تعتمد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة، و تعمل على ترسيخ منظومةالقيم، خاصة عندما تكون المادة صاغة بصورة تتفاعل مع متطلبات المجتمع، إلا أنها في ظل غيابالقوانين التي تحكم هذه الظاهرة، فان الامر ينعكس على منظومة القيم لذلك يجب التوعية بالمخاطر الاجتماعيةوالأخلاقية، وذلك بوضع آليات لتعزيز هذه القيم.

إن هدف البحث هو إمكانية تجنب التحديات المعاصرة و منها ما يتعلق بوسائل التواصل لتحقيق تطوير الاسرة، وذلك باتباع المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع النصوص التي لها علاقة بفهم النفس الإنسانية و التأثير الاعلامي عليها، و استنباط المعالجات النافعة و التي يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير الفائدة من الإعلام ووسائله التي لها علاقة بالقيم؛وتكييف الفرد و المجتمع في كيفية مواجهة التحديات، لأن الإعلام اليوم أصبح يشكل سلوك الناس، و يصنعتوجهاتهم، و العمل على كشف أساليب الغزو الفكري و تأثيره على الشباب خاصة، ولم يعد هناك جمهور منعزل، تؤثر فيه متى تشاء بما تشاء أن أثر التحديات الفكرية على القيم الاسرية من المسائل التي لا يسع المسلم جهلها، و لكي لا تكون مطلقة في تأثيرها جاء هذا البحث لدراسة التحديات لهذه الوسائل في مواجهة تلك القيم، و التأثيرات الفكرية لوسائل التواصل على الفرد و المجتمع على حد سواء.

و اقتضت طبيعة خطة البحث أن يكون على أربعة مباحث وهي كالآتي: المبحث الأول: التعريف بأهم مفردات العنوانالمبحث الثاني: أثر التحديات في ترسيخ القيم مع الوالدينالمبحث الثالث: أثر التحديات في تعزيز القيم عند الزوجينالمبحث الرابع: أثر التحديات على القيم عند الأولاد.

English Abstract

The honourable Islamic Sharia since its establishment has faced big and diverse challengeswhich grew more fierce and intense in this era، one of which is modern technology، andsocial media are among the most recent، most popular products.

They play an important rolein spreading social culture that depends on modern technology، and works to consolidatethe system of values، especially when the presented topic is forged in a way that interactwith the demands of the society.

However، due to the ence of laws that govern thisphenomenon، this reflects its shadow over the system of values، and it requires awarenessof ethic and social risks as well as putting mechanisms to promote these values.

The aim of this research is to address the possibility of avoiding contemporarychallenges، including those related to social media، to achieve the development of thefamily، by following the inductive approach in tracking texts related to the understandingof the human psychology and the impact of media on it، and to find useful treatments thatcan contribute to the development of the benefit of media and their means that are relatedto values; and to adapt the individual and society in how to face the challenges، because themedia today are shaping the behaviour of people، forming their orientations، and workingto uncover methods of intellectual conquest and its impact on young people in particular; there is no longer an isolated audience affected by it whenever it wants with whateverit wants.

The impact of intellectual challenges on family values is one of the issues thatMuslims cannot ignore، and in order not to be unrestricted، this research came to study thechallenges of these means in facing those values، and the intellectual effects of the socialmedia on the individual and society alike.

The nature of this study required it to be divided into an introduction and four topics asfollows: The first topic: Identifying the most important terms of the titleThe second topic: The impact of the challenges on consolidating the values with theparentsThe third topic: the impact of the challenges on consolidating the values of the parentsThe fourth topic: the impact of the challenges on consolidating the values of the children
