Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate challenges in implementing Musharakah financing modes in Libyan Banks that offer Islamic financial services by conducting a field study on Libyan Banks which are Jumhourai Bank, Alwaha Bank, Wahda Bank, North Africa Bank and Libyan Islamic Bank by using surveys which are distributed to Libyan Banks stuff in order to collect data.

arithmetic mean, standard deviation and laboratory tests are used to know why the banks that offer Islamic finance services avoid using Musharakah financing modes.

the findings of study demonstrate that due to several challenges which are high risks, administrative and technical challenges, in addition to financial and investment challenges, the Islamic Libyan Banks avoid using Musharakah financing mode.
