Abstract EN

Our knowledge of the origins of writings and striking lines in the depths of history is still shrouded in many mysteries, but the theories remain in conflict and renewed with the scientific renaissance that humanity has never known before.

therefore, this research was a serious attempt to converge opinions about the origins of the Arabic writing and its scripts, the place of its appearance for the first time, and who were the authors of that writing, and nullifying the weakening of those opinions based on what was discovered since the beginning of the last two centuries, as i re-read what was written in comparison with those antiquities.

in its conclusion, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that Arabic writing is a human artifact and not a divine pause, and that its derivation is due to two possibilities : the Nabati script or the Yemeni script (the Musnad).

the research also concluded that the Arabic calligraphy has witnessed a great development so that it can hardly distinguish it from its first form, and from here it accepts renewal once again from deleting the difficult in writing and what does not serve linguistic communication such as increasing letters and writing what is not pronounced and the multiplicity of forms of a single letter such as Hamza if there are efficient forearms and political will, and sufficient funding for scientific laboratories.
