Abderrahman al-Haj Saleh, which are based on philosophical, linguistic and purely scientific aspects, covered by his theory Neo -Khaliliane, which was founded for different areas : - grammar, phonology and terminology ; in particular, it made it possible to explore the sciences and studies that need to be applied and examined in order to highlight the importance of the neo theory -Khaliliane in the application of Arab scientific studies in general and educational requirements and curricula in particular, while making functional use of didactic terms and investing their scientific knowledge in modern didactic methodology.
